Meet Clark & Karrie Roberts
Clark and Karrie Roberts are the founders of Ultimate Vision and partners in both life and mission. They are husband and wife, parents, and proud grandparents who deeply love their family and the life they have built together. Working side by side brings them great joy, especially when it allows them to impact others in meaningful ways.
Clark is an adventurous, outdoors-loving guy who embraces life fully. He enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, skydiving, snorkeling, swimming, tandem biking, and even driving rally cars. He is a big sports fan and especially enjoys baseball, football, hockey, and horse racing. Clark is blind and is incredibly thankful for the seven guide dogs who have walked alongside him through the years. He brings humor, courage, and a bold perspective to everything he does.
Karrie is the heart behind the creative side of Ultimate Vision. She loves the water and swimming and has a deep passion for writing stories, poetry, songs, and children’s books. She is driven by a desire to make a difference and finds true fulfillment in helping others see their own worth and potential.
Together, Clark and Karrie are passionate about encouraging people, especially children, to understand just how unique and special they are. Few things light them up more than seeing that realization move from a child’s head to their heart. Their shared faith, creativity, and love for people fuel everything they do.

Ultimate Vision is on a mission to INSPIRE MEASURABLE ACTS of COMPASSION and KINDNESS in communities around the world. Communities that you work in and your children walk, play and engage in. Book us in your school, business, or place of worship, and allow us to Educate, Motivate, and Inspire, meeting you at your greatest need.
Schools
We teach students to live a life where they have a growth mindset, choosing kindness and actions that support and encourage others to be inclusive and to celebrate diversity, in themselves and in their peers. We challenge them to continue to grow into confident, compassionate leaders who live and lead through adversity.
Corporate
Rediscover the power and the importance of working as part of a team, discover tools that are useful in not only your professional lives, but in your personal lives as well! Experience group exercises that challenge you, are fun and give opportunity to take a step back and re-examine your approach in stressful or challenging situations.
Dine in the Dark
You and your group can participate in this unique opportunity. You will be challenged with activities and experiences that will bring you to a greater understanding of empathy and understanding. (all under blindfold). Discover that the best "sense" that you can have in life is your "sense of humor" as you Dine in the Dark.
Faith Based Organizations
Do you struggle with trust and hope when your plans get redirected? Clark lost his sight at age 24 and had to learn to trust and to find hope in the "unseen." He will tell you that God gave him the gift of sight-loss and that because of this, he has been able to share and encourage others in an entirely new way.
