Meet Clark & Karrie
Hey everyone, my name is Clark Roberts. I am the Executive Director and founder of Ultimate Vision. I am a husband, a father, and a PaPa. I am a family man who loves dogs. I am also an outdoor enthusiast, one who loves to snow ski, water ski, hike, skydive, drive rally cars, snorkel, tandem bike and swim. I love sports, baseball, football, hockey and horse racing. Oh, and did I mention that I'm blind?
Hi, my name is Karrie Roberts. I am the co-founder of Ultimate Vision in charge of creative content. I am a wife, a mother, and a Gramma. I love music and I love to write stories, poetry, songs, and children's stories. It brings me absolute joy working alongside of my husband, seeing the light in a child's eyes when the message of how unique and special they are goes from their head to their heart.
Clark's Story
At age 24 Clark lost his sight to Retinitis Pigmentosa. He discovered that when life hits, you have to learn how to embrace the challenge, find your potential and live life to its fullest!

Clark is a subject matter expert who has dedicated his life to sharing a message of hope, resiliency, and encouragement. From motivating the vision of companies in corporate America and coming alongside to reignite the mission and meaning of business teams; to encouraging students ranging in age from Preschool - High School, Clark has shared with thousands of people, providing tools and knowledge to inspire and motivate them to see their life and their opportunities differently. He shows each person how to reach beyond their limitations to live a life of significance, one with compassion, kindness and confidence. Through this increased awareness each person learns the power of choice as they look at overcoming the challenges that life can bring, celebrate their differences, and live a life that is full and rewarding, inspiring others to do the same.

Clark has a natural gift of humor, is married to his amazing wife Karrie who works alongside of him through Ultimate Vision, both Clark and Karrie are authors, motivational speakers, and podcast hosts. Together, they have two adult children who are married and all of them love to mess with him regarding his sight loss. Clark is also a proud Papa of beautiful granddaughters and is teaching them what it means that Papa's eyes are broken.
